I have just returned from a long road trip from downstate. I really miss my family and hope my mother is able to find a job up here and return to Chicagoland. Our family has been spread out over the past few years and we really need to bring them back together. We are already making plans for X-mas and Grandpa might be joining us for that as well as Thanksgiving.

Hopefully my 8mm VCR will arrive in the mail soon. I had to shell out a ton of money to get that thing, so I can burn my 8mm tapes to DVD. Many family memories have been preserved there, as well as some of my finest railroad photography.
