Amtrak Capitol Limited at Waterloo With P40DC Leader!

Amtrak's eastbound Capitol Limited stops for passengers at Waterloo, Indiana. P40DC 818 and P42DC 55 are in charge. The 818 is a P40 locomotive from the first order of Amtrak Genesis diesels in 1993.
