This Vintage Cantilevel Railroad Crossing Signal guards the Elkhart & Western Railroad at Adams Street in Plymouth, Indiana. The railroad crossing signage has been updated, as has the railroad crossing bell. The short cantilever remains in service to support the lights. This is the former Nickel Plate Railroad secondary line that once connected Indianapolis and Michigan City.
