An eastbound CN local heads east on the IC branch from Seymour, and is passing through Staley on the west side of Champaign, Illinois. The Illinois Terminal Railroad had a line running parallel to the IC at this point, and it was here that they swung onto the IC and put their wires up over their tracks in 1927 so they could get off the city streets. We will follow this local through Champaign. Power is a Canadian National GP9R and a Grand Trunk Western GP38-2.
