This is the rare OWLS (ONE-WAY LOW SPEED) diamond at Defiance, Ohio. We are looking down the former Wabash Railroad, which is now owned by the Napolean Defiance & Western shortline. The two tracks crossing are the mainline of CSX, (former B&O), Willlard Sub.
